The website www.12gods.eu is at the same time the official online store for the sale of consumer products through the internet (e-shop) of the products for sale of the private company under the name “12 GREEK GODS PC” and the trade name “12 GREEK GODS” based in Peristeri, Attica, on Sisifou Street no. 3 as legally represented. The terms of use herein supplement the general terms of use of the website www.12gods.eu and in case of conflict the more specific terms herein shall prevail.

Before each transaction on the website make sure that you have carefully read the terms of use, as their acceptance is explicit and unconditional.

The terms of use may be modified unilaterally by “12 GREEK GODS” depending on the market conditions. Any modification of the terms is valid for new transactions that will take place after their publication, and not for those that are already pending.

Payment of the price of the selected products can be made via online payment, according to the options available, and in cash upon delivery of the order.

The user can, via the online store, following the relevant indications and sending an email to info@12gods.eu or calling +302114163818, modify the already completed order according to the previous procedure, no later than three (3) working days before the registered delivery time (working day is considered the period from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:00 except public holidays).

Delivery of ordered products takes place from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 21:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 20:00 except public holidays.

Delivery covers the entire Greek territory, as well as every country abroad and the transfer of the order is done by a courier company at an additional cost, which is paid by the consumer and which will be known to him during the ordering process.

Return of products is not possible, unless the products cannot be used for the purpose for which they were purchased (eg indicative deformation of the packaging and inability to use them by the user).

All contents of the online store, images, graphics, photos and texts are the intellectual property of “12 GREEK GODS” and are protected by law. Any influence on the content of the e-shop is prohibited, such as the copying, distribution, transfer, processing of the content. Their appearance in the e-shop can in no way be interpreted as a transfer or assignment of a license or right to use them.

In the event that a dispute arises from the present terms between a consumer of the online store (e-shop) and “12 GREEK GODS”, Greek Law is applicable and the Courts of Athens are competent.
