Green Innovation for a Sustainable Development!

The GreenTech Challenge 2021, the 5th in a row, was held with great success and participation, on 10-12 December. The competition has evolved in recent years into a National Green Innovation Program as there is now participation not only from the NTUA but from various Universities as well as from many cities in Greece.

In total, more than 140 submissions were submitted by all universities in the country, of which 52 teams / companies advanced to the semifinals, presenting their product innovation and environmental impact to a panel of evaluators from the academic and business community, of which 22 qualified to the Final (13 from the Innovation Idea Holders category and 9 from the Early Stage Startups category). Finally, 9 innovative teams / companies were awarded.

12GODS won the 2nd prize in the Early-Stage Startup category.
