Green Innovation for a Sustainable Development!<\/p>\n
The GreenTech Challenge 2021, the 5th in a row, was held with great success and participation, on 10-12 December. The competition has evolved in recent years into a National Green Innovation Program as there is now participation not only from the NTUA but from various Universities as well as from many cities in Greece.<\/p>\n
In total, more than 140 submissions were submitted by all universities in the country, of which 52 teams \/ companies advanced to the semifinals, presenting their product innovation and environmental impact to a panel of evaluators from the academic and business community, of which 22 qualified to the Final (13 from the Innovation Idea Holders category and 9 from the Early Stage Startups category). Finally, 9 innovative teams \/ companies were awarded.<\/p>\n
